We cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to strict health and safety, and hygiene standards. For these reasons, please choose carefully.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate and rectify the issue where required.
If damages are evident due to postage issues, we will require photo proof to be emailed though to chantelle@balancedbythesea.com.au no later than 48 hours after delivery. Please note all our orders are tracked with Australia Post.
Postage Times
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we cannot guarantee usual postage times. Every effort will be made to get your products to you in a timely manner, but delivery is dependent on Australia Post and any international postage couriers.
